All I can say about this recipe is… Yum yum pig’s bum (well pig’s belly really)! The best part is it’s SO simple with only 4 ingredients!
1kg pork spare ribs
1/2 cup The Chilli Project Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp honey
1. Cut pork spare ribs into 5cm pieces
2. Mix sauces and honey in a bowl until well combined, then add the pork, ensuring all pieces are well coated in marinade. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
3. Preheat oven to 180 C
4. Transfer pork to oven proof dish with all the marinade and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking
5. Cook in oven for 1 hour (or until dark and caramelised) turning every 15 minutes.
Serve with your choice of sides – I usually choose corn on the cob, mac & cheese and tangy slaw!
