The Chilli Project® hot sauces contain real chilli! Please take care when handling and consuming our products. Wash hands thoroughly after contact with all products containing chilli and take care to avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas of the body as chilli can cause extreme discomfort! Please consume our products in moderation and keep them away from children and animals. If you buy products from The Chilli Project®, you release us from any responsibility for damage that chilli may do to your person or others.

The Chilli Project® is committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of personal information it gathers. The following statement explains how we manage your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Amendment Act (Private Sector) 2000.
By using the The Chilli Project® website you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this policy. On occasions we may ask you to provide personal information about yourself or your business to participate in some areas of the service. This information may include your name or the company name, title, address, telephone number and email address.
Any personal information that you provide to us will only be used for the purpose stated at the time we request it. We will not sell, license or trade your personal information to others. We do not provide your personal information to direct marketing companies or other such organisations.
Any personal information provided to The Chilli Project® may be stored either in hard-copy or electronically, and will be securely monitored and maintained by us. The Chilli Project® has security procedures in place to protect your personal information
By purchasing from The Chilli Project, you consent to being contacted (by email) for follow up reviews on products and our service by a 3rd party provider (CusRev). Your personal details will not be stored or kept by CusRev, and only accessed to send a single email with an invitation to review your purchase 2 weeks after order completion.
Freight / Postage
The Chilli Project® uses a network of postage and courier carriers to deliver orders. All carriers offer tracking options and all customers will be registered for tracking notifications from the selected carrier.
The Chilli Project® will pack and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible (between 1-3 business days from the date of order) but during peak seasons (E.g. Christmas) there may be slight delays in sending orders.
All orders dispatched by the postage and courier networks will be appropriately wrapped to prevent damage in transit. If an item arrives to a customer damaged for any reason, the customer must advise The Chilli Project® within 24 hours of receiving their order with photographic evidence to support the claim.
Normal delivery time from date of dispatch is between 2-7 business days. Delays across the postage and courier networks during peak periods (e.g. Christmas) are to be expected and The Chilli Project® holds no responsibility for the delay in delivery. If a customer requires their order by a particular date (within 7 business days of ordering), they should contact The Chilli Project® prior to submitting the order to confirm if this is possible.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
If the product arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact The Chilli Project immediately (within 24 hours) and send through photographic evidence of damage to submit a claim. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund (using the same method as payment was made) for the damaged products within 48 hours of receipt of the claim.
