After continually searching for new and exciting Australian made hot sauces to feed the chilli-addiction, our sauce maker, Michelle, headed to the kitchen to develop her own range and The Chilli Project® was created! As a chilli loving foodie, the flavour was the number one priority! 

Our original sauce, The Chilli Project Signature Blend Hot Sauce, was developed after 5 years of experimenting and tasting until Michelle hit a formula that saw endless requests from friends and relatives to refill their jars! The recipe contains a special blend of mild, medium and hot chillies to give a medium heat output, and has converted many chilli shy people into total chilli lovers!  It might not be the hottest chilli sauce in Australia, but it is extremely versatile and utterly delicious.

All our sauces are made by hand in small batches to ensure premium quality every time. We use only Australian grown chillies (no powders and no extracts), and our sauces have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Our flavoursome hot sauces are gluten free, dairy free and vegan friendly.
