The Chilli Project Jalapeno Hot Sauce

  • Add it to your salad or coleslaw dressing
  •  Serve with BBQed seafood, roast chicken or fish
  •  Pour over white bean dip and serve with corn chips for a delicious shared snack


The Chilli Project Signature Blend Hot Sauce

  • Best ever seafood sauce – simply combine equal parts of The Chilli Project Signature Blend Hot Sauce and good quality mayonnaise and serve on your seafood platter with wedges of lemon. Of course, if all your guests prefer things a bit hotter, then substitute for out Signature Blend Super Hot Sauce and turn it into a fiery seafood sauce instead!
  • Pour over a bowl of hommus and serve with flatbreads
  • Add to your BBQ prawn marinade

The Chilli Project Habanero Hot Sauce

  • Serve with roasted vegetables (especially pumpkin, sweet potato and carrot)
  • Serve with roasted fish, chicken, turkey, pork or ham
  • Whip up some delicious Habanero & Mango chicken skewers as a crowd pleaser

The Chilli Project Habanero & Orange Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • Serve as an accompaniment to roast pork, turkey, and ham
  • Add a couple of tablespoons to your ham glaze recipe for a flavour booster
  • Serve on a cheese plate in place of quince paste


The Chilli Project Smokin’ Hot BBQ Sauce

  • Include in your pork or beef rib marinade
  • Serve with roast beef, roast lamb or fried chicken wings
  • Mix with mayonnaise for a fiery but flavoursome addition to leftover meats on sandwiches, rolls and wraps
