Not only is The Chilli Project Smoky Cayenne Hot Sauce delicious as a condiment, it also works wonderfully as a marinade for grilled or barbecued meat! We’ve tested this out on both pork and chicken, but it would work equally as well with firm tofu and turkey. By the time this marinade is cooked through on the grill, there is hardly any heat left from the chilli, so this it is suitable for everybody!
All you need is;
500g chicken breast / pork cutlet / firm tofu / turkey
60mL The Chilli Project Smoky Cayenne Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and toss through your meat of choice until well coated. Cover and rest in the fridge for at least 30 mins and then cook as you normally would. Simple and delicious!
