The Chilli Project’s award winning Signature Blend Hot Sauce uses a blend of mild, medium and hot chillies to give a moderate heat output. It has a capsicum and tomato base and will complement almost anything you cook.
Our Signature Blend Sauce is extremely versatile – it is great as a condiment with sausages and grilled meats, it’s a tasty addition to nachos, adds a flavour boost to your Bolognese sauce and is perfect mixed with a dollop of mayonnaise to spice up your sandwiches. It also works really well as a pizza sauce to add some extra spice to your bases and as a topping for hommus with corn chips for a delicious snack.
