Chilli Seed Bank’s BBQ Habanero Corn Chips are a delicious fiery snack to share with your mates.
Infused with Aussie grown Habanero peppers and seasoned with a blend of tangy and mildly smoky seasoning, these spicy morsels pair well with cream cheese dip, guacamole, or a cold beverage of choice!
Be warned – these chips are not for beginners and are definitely rated “Hot” on the heat scale. If you eat chillies for breakfast, you’ll be fine reaching for a handful, but if not, proceed with caution!
Chilli Seed Bank’s corn chips are made using an ancient Aztec method developed some 3500 years ago, called Nixtamalization. Locally grown wholegrain corn is soaked in alkali water (lime), washed and cooked before being ground into the delicious dough (masa) that makes the base of our corn chips. The authentic masa is then infused with habanero puree, and seasoned to perfection.
