Perfect as an entrée or a snack, these oven baked stuffed Jalapeños are utterly delicious and very moreish! The recipe doubles (and triples) well if you’re expecting a few people, and unlike Jalapeño poppers, these are extremely quick and easy to make.
We love topping them with The Chilli Project Jalapeño Hot Sauce for a mild but refreshing contrast to the cheese, but if you’re feeling a bit more fiery, substitute it for one of our hotter sauces – they all work well on this recipe!
Ingredients
8 large Jalapeños, halved lengthways, seeds removed
125g cream cheese at room temperature
100g grated cheddar cheese
50g finely grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp smoked paprika
