The Chilli Project was thrilled to be a part of Northies Cronulla Hotel Chilli Festival on 19th August. There was a great atmosphere, and we were able to witness a mammoth round in their chilli eating competition which was unlike anything we have seen before!
We were left speechless as the contestants breezed through round after round of chillies, super-hot sauces and capsaicin extracts (up to 5 million scoville units!!!!).

We look forward to seeing the results of the grand final on 26th August (and we have inside information that the finalists are in for a really spicy treat)!!
